Job Summary

Start Date: Monday, June 9th, 2025

Shift: Monday - Friday, any shift between 10:30am – 8pm CST. Must work every fourth Saturday from 8:00am-4:30pm CST.

Training: 6 weeks, 8am – 4:30pm CST. Attendance is mandatory with no days missed.

Compensation: Hourly rate of $21.50 or $25 with certification through NBC-HWC or CHES.

The Health Coach plays a vital role in a multidisciplinary team, focusing on improving individual health and wellness and supporting clients in behavior change to reduce health risks. Supervised by an Operations Coach Manager, the Health Coach engages members via telephonic calls, providing personalized coaching, coordinating care, and tracking progress.

Essential Job Functions

1. Participate in inbound and outbound engagement calls to inform and enroll members.
2. Provide behavior change coaching to reduce risks and promote healthier habits.
3. Follow-up with enrolled members to ensure engagement and progress.
4. Coordinate with healthcare team members and external vendors.
5. Support operational needs, adhere to schedules, and manage caseloads effectively.
6. Attend team meetings and document member progress accurately.

• Knowledge of lifestyle topics such as smoking cessation, nutrition, and stress management.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to schedule changes.
• Hard-wired internet connection required.
