Mental Health Association of Rochester seeks an Integrated Health Coach to support individuals with behavioral health challenges in community settings. You will build trusting relationships, understand personal goals, and link members to resources that promote recovery and self-determination.
As part of a collaborative team, you will engage members in their communities and via phone, providing advocacy and encouragement while coordinating with clinicians to ensure comprehensive care.
Pay Rate: $22-$25/hour, depending on language proficiency (Spanish fluency at $25/hr).
Work Type: Full-time, in-person, community-based,
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM.
