Job summary

Carnival Corporation is seeking a Specialist, Health Claims to support health claims processing, accounts payable, and financial analysis across its global health services ecosystem.

Responsibilities include reviewing medical invoices, maintaining dashboards, and collaborating with case management and external providers to ensure accuracy, timely resolutions, and cost containment. This is an in-office role based in South Florida, with potential limited remote access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Healthcare Administration.
• 2+ years of healthcare finance, claims processing, AP, or related field.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, PowerApps, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-cost and complex medical claims and oversee status tracking.
• Review and process medical invoices ensuring data accuracy and policy compliance.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and financial impact.
• Collaborate with Case Management, Accounts Payable, and external vendors.
