Carnival Corporation is seeking a Specialist, Health Claims to support the Health Services division by processing medical claims, AP, and financial analysis. You will liaise with case management, providers, and vendors to resolve claims, monitor high-cost cases, and ensure compliance with policies.

The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and effective communication with internal teams while contributing to dashboards and financial performance monitoring.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Healthcare Administration.
• Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or similar credential preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare finance, claims processing, or related field.

Mansioni

• Manage high-cost and complex medical claims, ensuring timely cost recording and closure.
• Oversee the complete inventory of claims and monitor open, pending and closed claims.
• Review, verify and process medical invoices with attention to data accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and financial impact.
• Support monthly financial reporting and ad hoc financial analysis.
