Job summary
Concept Plus, headquartered in Fairfax, VA, seeks a Chief Architect to provide senior technical leadership for the Health & Civil sector. You will set the technical vision, architect strategies, and support contract delivery, business development, and partnerships across health and civilian federal programs.

Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related degree.
- 15+ years of experience planning, architecting, designing and developing system/software solutions, with at least 7+ years in a Solution Architect/Lead Architect role.
- Experience in Cloud Architecture, Agile/Scaled Agile, and DevOps/DevSecOps in cloud environments.
- Experience leading, mentoring solution architects and technical teams.
- US Citizen.
Responsibilities
- Define the technical vision, architecture standards, and solution strategy across the Health & Civil portfolio.
- Lead the development of innovative, winning solutions for capture efforts with cost, schedule, and quality balance.
- Create white papers, proposals, and briefings to demonstrate thought leadership and support business development.
- Drive capture strategy through technical leadership and discriminating value propositions.
- Provide technical leadership to solution architects and delivery teams across the sector.
