Job summary

PPSE Health Center is seeking a Health Center Associate I in Atlanta, GA. This full-time role supports clinicians across front office, intake, medical assisting, laboratory, and other clinical services under the Health Center Manager's direction.

Qualifications include 2 years in healthcare, EHR experience, and preferred CMA/MA/LPN backgrounds. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, with the ability to travel between centers if needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of healthcare experience required, preferably in sexual and reproductive health.
• Electronic Health Record experience is required.
• Abortion and family planning experience is preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant, Surgical Tech, or LPN experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Front Office: greet patients, handle check-in and registration, update charts, process charges and payments, and run cashier reports.
• Back Office: counsel patients, obtain informed consent, prepare exam rooms, collect vitals and assist clinicians.
• Documentation: complete visit forms, notes, and lab requisitions; maintain clean, stocked workspaces.
• Education: provide patient education and referrals as needed.
