Responsibilities

• Oversee selection, assignment, scheduling, and training of custodial staff.
• Plan custodial work to maintain high safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Maintain inventory and recommend custodial supplies.
• Regularly inspect custodial staff performance.
• Clean, dust, wash, and polish surfaces; walls, floors, ceilings, fixtures.
• Wax floors and operate buffing machines.
• Vacuum and care for carpeting, including steam cleaning as needed.
