Baker Tilly US is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Health Care Transaction Advisory Service within Financial Advisory Services. You will provide due diligence and transaction advisory services to clients, working with firm leadership to serve clients and help grow the business.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction services.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Progression in a Transaction Advisory or Financial Due Diligence role strongly preferred.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Able to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to present analyses to management.

Responsibilities

• Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for buy side and sell side transactions.
• Communication with clients to ensure delivery of excellent client service.
• Participate in marketing and recruiting activities of the firm.
• Support the growth and development of team members through mentoring and training.
