Provide services and support, quality care and training to individuals in the Day Program at the Grand Junction Regional Center (GJRC). Services and support are to assure that individuals receive education, training, and therapy needed to assist them in achieving their goals, to provide opportunity for choices during work, leisure, and community activities. Facilitate obtaining outcomes for people with developmental disabilities or who have a dual diagnosis, in a variety of program settings, which achieves a therapeutic milieu for up to 15 persons.
Ensure that personal outcomes are achieved for people receiving services through the management of one or more day program settings, and community or work activities as described in their Individual Plan.

Special Qualifications: This position will have a current valid LPT license in good standing or be QMAP trained.
