Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, the Health Care Technician provides close monitoring to assigned residents, assures the safety of residents, and ensures document care is rendered completely and accurately.

Longleaf Neuro-Medical Treatment Center (LNMTC), located in Wilson, NC, is a state-operated certified Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). With a staff of about 520, LNMTC provides support to approximately 200 residents with complex medical needs and/or co-existing neuro-cognitive disorders.

The usual work schedule includes alternating holidays. Flexibility is required for training and education purposes and to meet the needs of the facility. Shift preferences will be discussed in the interview and will depend on staffing needs. In addition to our standard work schedules listed below, alternative schedules may be available.

THIS POSITION IS DESIGNATED MANDATORY AND MUST REPORT OR STAY OVER DURING ADVERSE WEATHER EVENTS OR OTHER EMERGENCIES.
