Qualifications

• 3–7 years of health care experience at a large or mid-size law firm.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on compliance with federal and state health care laws and regulations.
• Assist with health care transactions and due diligence, licensure and enrollment matters.
• Prepare and negotiate contractual arrangements, and analyze regulatory developments.
• Assist clients in responding to government inquiries, audits, and investigations.
• Help develop proactive compliance strategies that support operations and reduce risk.
