Position Overview
The Program Coordinator, Epic Change Control, will support the Operations department by facilitating the creation and maintenance of Epic change control processes, tools, and documentation. This role will impact member experience by reducing preventable errors and disruptions through effective change control and education. The coordinator will build strong relationships with technical experts and leaders across Epic applications and departments, ensuring clear communication and collaboration. Responsibilities include coordinating CAB meetings, recording decisions, analyzing data for improvements, and participating in Epic product road mapping groups to align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate curiosity, leadership, and a strong understanding of change control processes, Epic Content Management Tickets, Data Courier, and ITIL best practices.
