Job summary

Clovis Community College seeks a Health Care Instructor to join its part-time faculty pool. The role involves teaching Health Care courses in various formats (face-to-face, online, hybrid) and delivering instructional content aligned with approved outlines.

You will assess student progress, provide syllabi, and maintain records while collaborating with colleagues to support student success. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent), with related experience and/or a CCC

Ability to teach health care courses in a part-time pool and adapt to multiple instructional formats.

Responsibilities

Teach a part-time schedule of Health Care courses (e.g., Medical Office Assistant, Medical Terminology).
Use varied pedagogies and technology to deliver face-to-face, online, or hybrid formats.
Communicate effectively with students, faculty and staff.
Adhere to approved curriculum outlines and assess student progress.
Provide syllabi and maintain classroom records; submit grading and evaluations timely.
Fulfill duties of instructors as required and teach across assignments as needed.
