What You’ll Be Doing:
️ Talking to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to sort out payment-related issues.
️ Making sure all sides get the right info and payments go through properly.
️ Keeping clear, organized records of all interactions.
️ Suggesting ways to improve payment processes and make things run smoother.
️ Providing top-level support and helping people resolve problems.

What You Bring to the Table:
Strong English skills (B2+ level) – you can explain things clearly and professionally.
Experience in customer support, healthcare, or insurance is a plus.
Great multitasking skills – you can handle multiple conversations at once.
A natural problem-solver – you don’t just listen, you find solutions.
Friendly and professional communication – you know how to keep things clear and helpful.
