Job summary

Qualifications

• Epic BI certifications or related certification areas is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and validate BI content with analysts.
• Write optimized SQL and extracts from BI data sources.
• Create ad-hoc SQL queries to review data and resolve errors.
• Deliver data, reports, metrics, and dashboards using BI tools.
• Maintain BI content and support BI training materials.
• Coordinate with ITIL processes to fulfill requests and changes.
