Job summary

Center for Elders' Independence seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst to join its Data & Analytics team. You will develop, maintain, and optimize enterprise reports using SSRS, Power BI, and data from Salesforce, eCW, and claims systems, aligning with CMS and state regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes data governance, data quality, and the creation of a unified data foundation to support leadership and operations across programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server / T-SQL, SSRS, and Power BI.
• Demonstrated expertise with healthcare reporting, CMS regulatory reporting, and state-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance SSRS and Power BI reports for leadership, operations, clinical, and regulatory needs.
• Produce accurate, timely leadership, operational, and regulatory reporting deliverables.
• Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver insights that support auditability and regulatory readiness.
• Work extensively with data from Salesforce, eClinicalWorks (eCW), and Claim systems; map data flows.
• Perform data analysis to validate, cleanse, and reconcile data across sources.
• Design and develop new reports and dashboards to improve usability, performance, and accuracy.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into BI solutions.
• Support data governance initiatives by contributing to data standards and quality rules.
• Help establish a unified data foundation and improve data reliability across the organization.
• Work with data engineering to ensure consistent and accurate data ingestion.
