Job summary

Center for Elders’ Independence in Oakland is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to build and optimize enterprise reporting using SSRS and Power BI. You will interface with Salesforce, eClinicalWorks, and claims data to deliver regulatory-ready insights for leaders and operations.

The role emphasizes data governance, data quality, and a unified data foundation across fragmented systems to support CMS and state reporting. Collaboration with the Data & Analytics team is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years BI/Reporting/Data Analytics experience.
• Strong hands-on with SSRS and Power BI.
• Healthcare regulatory reporting experience (CMS/state).
• Data integration and interoperability knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance SSRS and Power BI reports for leadership, operations, clinical, and regulatory needs.
• Produce accurate, timely leadership, operational, and regulatory reporting deliverables.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver insights for auditability and regulatory readiness.
• Work with data from Salesforce, eCW, and Claim systems; map data flows.
• Perform data analysis to validate, cleanse, and reconcile data across sources.
• Design and develop new reports; optimize dashboards for usability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into BI solutions.
• Support data governance initiatives by contributing to data standards and quality rules.
