Job Description


You must live in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Minnesota, South Dakota, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, California, Wisconsin, Kansas, Tennessee, Indiana, Kentucky, Washington, Colorado, North Carolina, Texas, Michigan, Delaware, Louisiana.


The overall purpose of the role is to manage the Mobile Wellness Unit, providing biometric wellness screenings and health assessments to employees and their spouses at work locations across the US. This role supports employees through wellness screenings, educational health coaching, and promotion of the Wellbeing program. Additionally, it involves conducting medical surveillance compliance evaluations for remote employees.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Provide wellness screenings and health assessments to employees and spouses at their work locations across the US.
  • Offer education and individual health coaching for employees and spouses.
  • Conduct medical surveillance assessments, including audiograms, respiratory clearance, and fit testing.
  • Assist in implementing and developing the wellness program for Syngenta employees.
  • Ensure confidentiality of medical records per HIPAA guidelines.
  • Maintain health data in the Electronic Medical Records database.
  • Collaborate with health services staff to promote health education and screenings.
  • Perform annual data analysis for remote employees, report trends, and develop action plans to improve wellness.
  • Maintain necessary certifications and education to keep an active license in applicable states.

Finances and Management


  • Coordinate ordering, obtaining, and shipping materials.
  • Support budget management and track expenses.
  • Schedule travel arrangements.
  • Develop and communicate route schedules with site reps and stakeholders.

Qualifications


  • Experience in Occupational Health and Wellness Programs preferred.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Certified Paramedic.
  • State Compact License or ability to obtain one.
  • CAOHC Certification or ability to obtain one.
  • Knowledge of OSHA guidelines preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
  • Public speaking skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
