Job summary

HOAMCO (Homeowners Association Management Company) is seeking a part-time Health and Wellness Attendant for Trilogy at Redmond Ridge in Redmond, WA. You will assist the spa and fitness staff, greet guests, and help maintain facilities in the Spa and Fitness areas.

The role requires a High School Diploma (or progress) and at least 1 year of fitness center and customer service experience; resort, spa, or fitness center background is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, or currently pursuing one.
• Minimum 1 year fitness center and customer service experience.
• Previous experience in Resort, Spa, or Fitness Center preferred.
• Knowledge of Spa, Fitness, Aquatics and Sports Industry.

Responsibilities

• Offer superior customer service to members and Spa guests.
• Maintain and organize equipment in Spa & Fitness Locker Room areas.
• Replenish supply of clean towels in Spa Locker Rooms during shift.
• Inspect and maintain Spa & Fitness stations for neatness and cleanliness.
• Demonstrate function of Spa & Fitness equipment, proper use, and techniques.
• Maintain inventory of point-of-sale items, currency and current supply.
• Greet and check in Members and Guests, provide rental equipment, adhere to scheduling procedures.
• Maintain effective communication with Members, Guests, and team members; greet guests as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service, and clear written and verbal communication.
• Ensure accurate scheduling and confirmation of Spa Appointments via phone and in person.
• Understand POS, checkout guests, make change, and keep cash drawer accurate.

Health and Wellness Attendant (PT) - Trilogy at Redmond Ridge (Redmond, WA)

Trilogy at Redmond Ridge is a premier 55+ active adult master-planned community with 1,522 homes. Located in Redmond, WA, the community is surrounded by natural beauty, with miles of forested trails, and has enviable facilities and amenities for members.

The Health and Wellness Attendant assists the spa and fitness staff as they team together to execute courteous and rapid service to Members and Guests in the Fitness Center, Spa, and Front Desk. Other duties may be assigned as required.

This is a part-time position.

Pay Rate: $20.82/Hourly

Job Duties

• Responsible for offering superior customer service to members and Spa guests.
• Maintenance and organization of equipment in Spa & Fitness Locker Room areas.
• Replenishes supply of clean towels in Spa Locker Rooms throughout the shift.

• Accuracy in Scheduling and confirming Spa Appointments via phone and in person.
• Understanding of Point of Sale, checking out guests, able to make change and keep an accurate cash drawer
