TS Safety Solutions is seeking several dynamic Safety Officers to work on construction sites across Northern and Central New Jersey. These roles focus on implementing safety programs and protocols for workers, not security duties.

Responsibilities include leading toolbox talks, conducting site inspections, and writing daily safety reports while collaborating with site management to minimize injuries and property damage.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the NJ/NY tri-state area and have construction-related safety experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
• Willing to undergo background check and driving records review.

Responsibilities

• Assess issues, define solutions, and implement safety strategy on sites.
• Lead on-site safety discussions with management and workers.
• Work with management to reduce injuries and property damage.
• Orient new workers to the job site and safety procedures.
• Conduct toolbox talks and jobsite inspections.

TS Safety Solutions is a professional safety training, management, and consulting firm that provides strategic safety solutions, management and training for the industrial and construction industries.

We are seeking several dynamic Safety Officers to work on sites throughout Northern and Central New Jersey.

Please note, this is not a security position. Successful candidates will work on construction sites implementing safety programs and protocols for construction workers.

Multiple Positions Available.

Safety Officers liaise between TS Safety Solutions and site management, engage with site personnel, oversee and report on safety practices at designated sites.

Responsibilities

• Possess skillsinassessing issues, defining solutions, and implementing strategy;
• Perform well inan environment that values leadership, efficiency, dependability, and organization;
• Work with management on job sites to reduce worker injuries and minimize property damage for our clients;
• Orient new workers to job site;
• Conduct toolbox talks;
• Conduct jobsite inspections;
• Write daily safety reports.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the NJ/NY tri-state area;
• Access to reliable transportation;
• Superior communication and organizational skills;
• Proficient leadership and interpersonal skills;
• Professional, punctual and a positive attitude;
• Willingness to be flexible on days worked;
• Willingness to submit driving records and background check;
• 2+ years of verifiable related experience in construction or related industries;
• Prefer OSHA 30hr trained, other certifications a plus.
