Job summary

Oliver James Group is collaborating with a leading consulting firm to expand its Healthcare Analytics practice, handling large and complex healthcare datasets across commercial, regulatory and litigation engagements.

You will analyse healthcare data, identify key trends, conduct financial and statistical analyses, and translate findings into clear, defensible client-ready insights. Opportunities exist at Senior Associate and Consultant levels with a hybrid work setup across multiple US locations.

Qualifications

• Experience across Healthcare Analytics, Medical Economics or healthcare consulting.
• Experience analysing healthcare claims and other large transactional datasets.
• Strong hands-on SQL capability.
• Exposure to Medicare, Medicaid and/or Commercial populations.

Responsibilities

Oliver James are pleased to be working with a leading consulting firm that is continuing to expand its Healthcare Analytics practice following significant growth and client demand. The team works with large and complex healthcare datasets across a range of commercial, regulatory and litigation-related engagements, supporting clients across the wider healthcare market. You'll be responsible for analysing healthcare data, identifying key trends and drivers, conducting financial and statistical analysis, and translating findings into clear, defensible and client-ready insights.

We're particularly interested in individuals with:

• Experience across Healthcare Analytics, Medical Economics or healthcare consulting
• Experience analysing healthcare claims and other large transactional datasets
• Strong hands-on SQL capability
• Exposure to Medicare, Medicaid and/or Commercial populations
• Experience across areas such as medical cost/utilisation, reimbursement, risk adjustment, pharmacy/PBM analytics or healthcare financial analysis

Consulting or healthcare litigation experience is particularly attractive, although we're also interested in strong candidates coming directly from health plans and other healthcare organisations.

There are opportunities at both Senior Associate and Consultant level, with scope to take increasing ownership of analytical workstreams and develop within a growing Healthcare Analytics practice.

Opportunities are available across multiple US locations, operating on a hybrid basis.
