Job summary

Oliver James Group seeks a Senior-level Analytics professional to own complex healthcare analytics workstreams and translate data into clear, defensible insights for clients. You will lead and review junior team members and collaborate directly with clients across engagements spanning commercial, regulatory and litigation healthcare datasets.

Qualifications

• Experience across Healthcare Analytics, Medical Economics or healthcare consulting.
• Strong experience working with healthcare claims and large transactional datasets.
• Advanced SQL and healthcare data capabilities to understand and challenge analyses.
• Experience across Medicare, Medicaid and/or Commercial populations.
• Expertise across medical cost/utilisation, reimbursement, risk adjustment, pharmacy/PBM analytics or healthcare financial analysis.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities, with mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead complex analytical workstreams and translate data into actionable insights.
• Review and mentor junior team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Engage directly with clients to translate healthcare data into defensible, commercially meaningful insights.

Oliver James are pleased to be working with a leading consulting firm that is continuing to expand its Healthcare Analytics practice following significant growth and client demand.

The team works with large and complex healthcare datasets across a range of commercial, regulatory and litigation-related engagements, supporting clients across the wider healthcare market.

At this level, you'll take ownership of complex analytical workstreams, lead and review the work of junior team members, and work directly with clients to translate healthcare data into clear, defensible and commercially meaningful insights.

We're particularly interested in individuals with:

• Experience across Healthcare Analytics, Medical Economics or healthcare consulting
• Strong experience working with healthcare claims and other large transactional datasets
• Strong SQL and healthcare data capabilities, with the ability to understand and challenge the underlying analysis
• Experience across Medicare, Medicaid and/or Commercial populations
• Expertise across areas such as medical cost/utilisation, reimbursement, risk adjustment, pharmacy/PBM analytics or healthcare financial analysis
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities, with experience mentoring, developing and delegating work to junior team members
