Oliver Wyman's Health Practice seeks a Manager/Senior Manager, Business Analyst to drive complex technology, data, and business initiatives in health insurance and healthcare. You will partner with Product Owners, actuaries, consultants, and clients to translate needs into practical solutions from discovery to implementation.

The role requires strong analysis, project delivery, and communication skills, with experience in health insurance, healthcare analytics, or actuarial consulting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, product delivery, consulting, healthcare, health insurance, actuarial services, or a related field.
• Experience leading business analysis activities from discovery through implementation.
• Experience working in an Agile environment, including Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, process modeling, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog management, and user acceptance testing.
• Experience working with Product Owners, technology teams, business stakeholders, and senior leaders.
• Knowledge of health insurance, healthcare, employee benefits, actuarial consulting, or the broader insurance industry preferred.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Product Owners, consultants, clients, and technology teams to define objectives, roadmaps, and delivery priorities.
• Lead requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, workshops, process analysis, and solution design.
• Develop business requirements, process flows, user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate complex business, actuarial, operational, and regulatory needs into clear direction for delivery teams.
• Manage and refine product backlogs, ensuring features and user stories align with business priorities.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including planning, backlog refinement, showcases, and retrospectives.
• Support initiatives involving health insurance, healthcare analytics, pricing, product development, reserving, risk management, regulatory matters, and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with System Analysts, developers, actuaries, data scientists, and quality assurance teams.
• Support user acceptance testing, business validation, implementation readiness, and stakeholder sign-off.
• Track scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions across multiple workstreams.
• Present recommendations, options, and trade-offs to senior stakeholders.
• Mentor junior Business Analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices.
• Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry stakeholders.
