Job summary

EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is seeking an R&D Manager for Health software applications, based in Athens or Luxembourg or working remotely. You will lead EC-funded health IT projects, drive deliverables, and shape next-generation health AI solutions with a strong emphasis on data, ethics, and user engagement.

The role demands a PhD-level focus or postgraduate credentials, 4+ years of technical leadership, and proficiency in English and Greek.

Qualifications

• University degree in Electrical or Computing Engineering/ Data and AI sciences, preferably with postgraduate qualification at the PhD level.
• At least 4 years experience working directly with technical teams.
• Ideally 2 years experience in National or European research programs in ICT, Data Economy and/or Health.
• Experience in Health, Data and AI domains, with patient engagement, UX, IoT, and mobile apps.
• Excellent command of English and Greek, both written and oral.
• Good interpersonal, organization, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a diverse team environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proactive problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities

• Management and implementation of EC-funded IT projects;
• Elaboration of the full suite of deliverables and reports for R&D projects and business development activities;
• Design, development, and documentation of novel Health AI solutions and related technologies;
• Design and implement next-generation health, data, and AI technologies;
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams across EU-funded programs.
