Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate real estate or facilities management.
• Experience delivering complex construction projects.
• Experience with hardware, robotics, advanced manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Strong financial modeling and lease negotiation skills.
• Background in engineering, architecture, or construction management.

Responsibilities

• Lead site selection, financial modeling, lease negotiations and transaction execution.
• Oversee HQ development from planning through occupancy with architects and GC teams.
• Manage robotics testing environments and high-capacity electrical/HVAC systems.
• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, vendor management, and CMMS.
• Own real estate operating and capital budgets and occupancy cost modeling.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, OSHA, fire and life safety.
• Collaborate with People team on space planning and headcount forecasts.
