Job summary

vivenu is seeking a Solution Architect to bridge our API-first platform with complex enterprise ticketing needs in the US. The role involves mapping requirements to API architecture, and creating templates, frameworks, and best practices for scalable integration.

You will work with enterprise clients to transition digital storefronts into a cutting-edge headless commerce setup driven entirely by vivenu APIs, running technical workshops and aligning expectations with platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar role with a technical focus
• University degree in Computer Science or related field
• Broad understanding of web apps, REST APIs, webhooks, and data mapping
• Ability to read API documentation, test endpoints, and analyze AI-generated code
• Exceptional communication to navigate high-stakes client environments

Responsibilities

• Architect tailored solutions for custom integration gaps leveraging vivenu APIs
• Partner with enterprise clients to transition storefronts into a headless commerce architecture
• Run deep-dive technical workshops with client stakeholders to translate needs into scalable blueprints
• Align customer expectations with platform capabilities and act as escalation point for complex questions
• Leverage scripting and AI to verify data flows and produce integration templates
