Job summary

vivenu, the global leader in event ticketing tech, is seeking a Solution Architect in Tampa to bridge our API-first platform with complex enterprise ticketing needs. You will map requirements to architecture and establish templates, frameworks, and best practices to scale.

You will define tailored integrations, collaborate with enterprise clients, and lead workshops to translate requirements into scalable blueprints, ensuring viable and high-impact solutions for global events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar, client-facing technical role.
• University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Broad understanding of web apps, REST APIs, webhooks, data mapping and ecosystem interactions.
• Ability to read API documentation, write functional scripts to test endpoints, and debug AI-generated code.
• Exceptional communication to navigate high-stakes client environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect tailored solutions for API connections, SSO and ERP integrations.
• Partner with enterprise clients to migrate storefronts to headless architecture powered by vivenu APIs.
• Lead technical workshops with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable blueprints.
• Align customer expectations with platform capabilities and serve as escalation point post-sale.
• Use rapid scripting and AI tools to verify data flows and create integration templates.
• Adapt quickly to various industries and drive platform solutions end-to-end.
