Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work 1st shift (7am-3:30pm) or 2nd shift (3:30pm-12:00).
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 8 hours.
• Experience with basic hand tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate cold forming header machine and ensure performance requirements are met.
• Set up and adjust machinery as needed.
• Inspect and measure finished products.
• Load raw materials and package/box products.
• Operate forklift (onsite training provided).
• Follow all safety rules.
