Job summary
TGA Premier Sports in Tucson, AZ is seeking a dedicated Youth Lead Pickleball Coach to oversee our youth programs. You will lead the development and implementation of engaging activities that foster skill development and a love for the game, in a fun and supportive environment.
Your leadership will recruit and train additional coaches while ensuring every participant has a positive, enriching experience. This role offers a flexible schedule and a chance to grow with a small, community-focused
Qualifications
- Experience coaching youth sports and leading groups.
- Strong knowledge of pickleball rules, strategies, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
- Motivate and inspire young athletes.
- Certification as a pickleball instructor (CPT) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement age-appropriate youth pickleball training programs.
- Lead and conduct pickleball classes and clinics.
- Mentor and support junior coaches.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Coordinate youth events and competitions.
- Promote pickleball in the community through outreach and promotions.
