Atlantic High School is seeking a Head Wrestling Cheer Coach for the Atlantic, IA area. This part-time role focuses on developing and implementing cheer routines, fostering team spirit, and promoting a positive environment for participants.

Responsibilities include planning practices, teaching techniques and safety, supervising cheerleaders at events, coordinating logistics with the Activities Director, recruiting participants, and upholding school and ICCA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and conduct practices
• Teach and reinforce cheer techniques and safety protocols
• Supervise cheerleaders before and during matches and tournaments
• Coordinate logistics with Activities Director for home and away events, State series, transportation, and other needs
• Recruit, select and manage the participants
• Communicate effectively with participants, parents, adminstration, wrestling coaches and media
• Uphold Atlantic and ICCA guidelines
• Be a role model for our participants
