Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 3-5 years of coaching experience required.
• Knowledge and passion for women's lacrosse.
• Valid driver's license.
• CPR, AED and First Aid certifications required.
• Proven leadership, motivation and communication with student athletes.
• Commitment to academic success and program development.
• Strong organizational and developmental skills; teamwork focus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit student-athletes capable of competing at NCAA Division III and succeeding academically.
• Develop season practice and game plans.
• Ensure safety during practice, games and travel.
• Discipline student-athletes for rule infractions.
• Work with administrators to maintain fiscal and budgetary guidelines.
• Maintain effective relationships for institution-wide teamwork.
• Organize recruiting materials and develop recruiting strategy; maintain contact with prospects.
• Develop conditioning programs alongside practices.
• Meet with players during the season and conduct post-season interviews.
• Maintain accurate record keeping and transparency within the program.
• Comply with NCAA Division III, NEWMAC and Clark University rules.
• Perform other functions as assigned by management.
