Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
• Experience as a head varsity baseball coach preferred.
• Experience building or growing a high school athletics program is required.
• Ability to work with students, staff, families and community members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the ELC baseball program for high school and middle school.
• Develop a long-term program vision aligned with district values.
• Foster character development and teamwork among student-athletes.
• Encourage multi-sport participation and support strength and conditioning.
• Demonstrate ethical decision-making and sportsmanship in all activities.
• Collaborate with staff, athletes, families, and administration.
