Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of coding tutors, ensuring high-quality instruction.
• Develop and implement tutor training programs to enhance teaching effectiveness.
• Manage tutor scheduling, performance, and engagement.
• Ensure smooth lesson delivery and resolve any tutor-related issues.
• Collaborate with curriculum developers to improve lesson content.

Requirements:
