Job summary

First Hawaiian Bank is seeking a Head Teller at our Pearlridge branch to lead daily operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You will supervise branch tellers and promote our financial products with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The position offers a competitive hourly pay range ($19.00–$22.50) plus sales incentives and a standard Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–4:30 PM) with Saturday rotation. Comprehensive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as an FHB Senior Teller or Teller with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Sales skills to promote financial products and services.

Responsibilities

• Head Teller serves as the face of the bank and delivers exceptional customer service.
• Oversees smooth daily operations and supports Branch Tellers.
