Job summary

First Hawaiian Bank is seeking a Teller to join our Kaneohe Bay Branch, offering growth opportunities and a chance to be the face of the bank in the community.

You will provide exceptional customer service, process transactions accurately, and develop a solid understanding of our products and services. The schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM with a rotational Saturday shift; pay ranges from $18.00 to $21.50 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Personal alignment with our core values - Caring, Character and Collaboration.
• One year or more of customer service experience and cash handling.
• Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills, with a strong ability to positively engage with customers.
• Attention to detail, ability to use judgement and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information.
• Sales advisory skills to educate customers on products and services.

Responsibilities

• As the face of First Hawaiian Bank in our branches, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
• You will have the opportunity to serve a diverse group of customers, from individuals opening their first checking account to seasoned investors managing their wealth.
