Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service through Teller duties, relationship building, and supporting branch operations.
• Mentor and lead Tellers, ensuring high-quality customer interactions and compliance with bank policies.
• Handle all teller transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash balancing and cash handling.
• Promote bank products and services to customers.
• Maintain branch cash requirements and assist with branch operations.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions.
• Support staff development, motivation, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with operational controls, policies, and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years' experience in a Teller or similar cash handling role.
• Knowledge of cash handling regulations and Teller functions.
• Proficient in MS Office and adaptable to new software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle large sums of cash accurately.

Physical & Working Conditions
