Job summary

Eagle Point High School is seeking a dedicated Head Coach for the Swim program for the 2026-2027 school year. The role requires a passionate leader who motivates student-athletes and models high ethical standards both in and out of the water.

The successful candidate will foster a positive athletic environment aligned with the district’s educational mission and work under the Athletic Director. The position requires meeting district prerequisites and maintaining current certifications.

Qualifications

• NFHS Certification required.
• OSAA Certifications required.
• Valid First Aid CPR/AED.
• Clear District Fingerprinting/Criminal Background Check.
• Completion of Safe Schools training modules.
• Completion of all district employment paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Eagle Point High School Swim program.
• Serve as a positive role model for student-athletes in and out of the water.
• Uphold district athletic integrity and support the educational mission.

Head Coach - Swim - Eagle Point High School for 2026-2027

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Head Coach to lead and develop a successful Swim program.

Minimum Requirements

• NFHS Certification (National Federation of State High School Associations)
• Completion of all OSAA Certifications
• Valid First Aid Card, including CPR and AED training
• Successful completion of District Fingerprinting/Criminal Background Check
• Completion of all required School District employment paperwork
• Completion of all Safe Schools training modules

Position Title: Head Coach Swim

Location: Eagle Point High School, Eagle Point, OR

Reports To: Athletic Director

Contract Days: As outlined in the District Agreement

Stipend: $5,528 (Per District Agreement)

Stipend listed indicates current 2023-2026 Collective Bargaining Agreement - subject to change
