All Saints’ Episcopal School of Fort Worth is seeking a energetic and motivated PT Head Swim Coach to lead the school’s swim program. The role focuses on developing student-athletes, planning practices, and coaching meets while upholding the school’s mission and values.

This part-time, day-shift position works with the Director of Athletics to foster sportsmanship, safety, and character in a competitive yet supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree and teaching certification preferred.
• Experience coaching or participation in sport.
• Knowledge of coaching techniques and procedures.
• Ability to instruct and supervise student athletes.
• Ability to manage confidential information.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bus Driver certification prior to the start of coaching duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead swim practices and training sessions.
• Plan for and coach swim meets.
• Provide mentorship and foster sportsmanship and character.
• Collaborate with the Director of Athletics and athletic leadership.
• Ensure safety and well-being of student-athletes during practices and games.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and equipment for the swim program.
• Maintain open communication with players, parents, and school staff.
• Model professional conduct toward athletes, officials, and spectators.
