Wittenberg University is seeking a Head Strength & Conditioning Coach to lead performance enhancement and injury-prevention programs for 25 varsity teams. The role requires collaboration with athletic trainers, team physicians, and consultants to develop top student-athletes and create a supportive athlete welfare environment.
The position is full-time and exempt, reporting to the VP and Director of Athletics & Recreation.

The Head Coach will work collaboratively with Athletic trainers, team physicians, andconsultants with the goal of building top performing student-athletes and creating an inviting environment from a student-athlete welfare perspective.This is a full-time, exempt-level position, reporting to the Vice President and Director of Athletics & Recreation.

A valid driver's license is required; must meet required insurance qualifications found in Wittenberg Motor Pool policies and procedures. If license is from out of state, successful candidate will need to obtain a valid Ohio driver's license within 30 days of hire date.
