Job summary

Child & Family Service is seeking a Head Teacher Substitute in Hawaii to plan and implement the daily Head Start curriculum and to supervise all aspects of the classroom program under the Site Supervisor. The position requires strong communication, organization, and teamwork for a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma with two years of related training or an Associate/Bachelor’s in child development or early childhood education, CPR/First Aid

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification required upon hire
• Valid Hawaii driver’s license and clear driver’s abstract; willingness to travel island-wide as needed
• Six months to one year of experience in early childhood/Head Start setting

Responsibilities
