Job summary

Acelero Learning Delaware in Milford is seeking a Head Start Teacher to guide a classroom of 3- to 5-year-olds, creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports school readiness, literacy, language, and social-emotional development.

The teacher will implement a child-centered curriculum reflecting the children's needs and backgrounds, build strong family partnerships through visits and conferences, and support diverse learners, including those with IEPs.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related coursework.
• Pass a physical exam and background check.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and engage with children.
• Bilingual Spanish-English is a plus.
