Job summary

United Community Action Partnership, Inc. is seeking an on-call staff member to support Head Start programs in Kandiyohi County, MN. You will assist in the kitchen, maintain records, support health and nutrition activities, and participate in recruitment/enrollment efforts.

Must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and CPR/First Aid certification or be willing to obtain it. Flexible, on-demand hours with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma/GED and/or relevant experience.
• CPR and First Aid Certified - or ready to get certified.

Responsibilities

• Team up in the kitchen with food prep and cleanup, keeping things organized and tidy.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date recordkeeping to ensure smooth operations.
• Bring energy to health and nutrition activities that inspire healthier choices for kids.
• Help out with light janitorial duties when necessary and support teamwork.
• Assist with implementing learning experiences and recruitment/enrollment efforts.
• Ensure a safe environment for everyone at all times.
