Job summary

United Community Action Partnership, Inc. is seeking on-call staff in Meeker County, MN to assist in Head Start learning environments. You will help with kitchen duties, keep records accurate, and participate in health/nutrition activities that encourage healthy choices.

You must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED and CPR/First Aid certification (or be willing to obtain). Teamwork and reliability are highly valued in this role, with on-demand hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma/GED and/or relevant experience.
• CPR and First Aid Certified—or ready to get certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in kitchen for food prep and cleanup, keeping area organized.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recordkeeping.
• Engage in health and nutrition activities to encourage healthy choices.
• Assist with light janitorial duties and keep spaces safe.
• Support Head Start recruitment and enrollment efforts.
• Promote safety in all activities to ensure a secure environment.
