Acelero Learning, Inc. is seeking a Preschool Teacher - P-3 Certified to lead a Head Start classroom for up to fifteen 3–5-year-olds. You will collaborate with an assistant teacher, families and staff to implement instructional, assessment and behavioral support strategies for educational excellence.

Requirements include P-3 Certification (CEAS/Standard) and a BA/BS in ECE or related field with at least six ECE courses. Local travel up to 10% and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• P-3 certification required (CEAS or Standard).
• BA/BS in Early Childhood Education or related field with at least six ECE courses.
• Physical exam and background checks required.
• Travel locally up to 10% and valid driver's license or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implements a child-centered Head Start curriculum for 3–5-year-olds.
• Observes and addresses challenging behaviors; partners with families.
• Documents progress using observations and anecdotal notes.
• Collaborates with families, staff and assistants to support learning.
• Delivers developmentally appropriate, multilingual and inclusive lessons.
• Supervises meals, field trips and daily classroom routines.
