Job summary

• Provide instructional leadership and model best practices in ECE.
• Monitor compliance with federal standards and participate in reviews.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, meals, and educational data for audits.
• Conduct structured home visits to strengthen family engagement and goals.
• Keep supervisor informed of programmatic issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct ongoing child evaluations and assessments.
