Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development preferred.
• Supervisory experience required.
• CCTC Site Supervisor permit or higher.
• Pediatric First Aid Certification and CPR certification required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong communication.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations and supervise Teachers and Assistants.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and program policies.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Coordinate family engagement and parent education meetings.
• Maintain records and reports; manage budget and supplies.
