Qualifications

• possess a high school diploma.
• Desire and ability to work with children ages three and four years old and understand their developmental needs.
• Must pass the pre-employment investigation, Criminal/Child Abuse background Check and submission of an initial physical and TB screening.
• Individuals must have access to reliable transportation as the position may require travel to various Pre-K locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Pre-K instructional teams by supporting effective classroom routines and developmentally appropriate activities.
• Guide young children through activities designed to promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Maintain daily records of students and monitor arrivals/departures.
• Follow district guidelines for reporting incidents and keep a welcoming, professional demeanor.
