Wyoming Child and Family Development is seeking a Lead Teacher for the Early Head Start program serving children from birth to age three. You will oversee staff, implement developmentally appropriate activities, assess progress, and collaborate with families to promote holistic child development.

The role requires an Infant Toddler CDA credential or equivalent, a HS diploma or GED, and commitment to regulatory standards. You will work on-site with a team dedicated to family-centered services.

Qualifications

• Requires Infant Toddler CDA credential or equivalent.
• Must have HS diploma or GED and related early childhood coursework.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and guide classroom staff and lead education meetings.
• Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
• Conduct assessments and observe each child’s status.
• Deliver direct services to children and families across settings.
• Communicate effectively with staff, children, and families.
• Support children with behavioral concerns and developmental needs.
• Maintain safety, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
