Responsibilities

• Serve all program participants a nutritious breakfast, lunch and snacks in accordance with prescribed meal plans, meeting USDA regulations, food and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain center kitchen facilities; assuring cleanliness, safety, and proper use of equipment.
• Cook Aide must be able to assume the role of the Cook in the absence of the regularly assigned cook; to carry out daily activities; and complete all required paperwork in a timely, accurate fashion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
