Job summary

KCEOC Community Action Partnership is seeking a dedicated individual to assist the Head Start Teacher in delivering a center-based curriculum for 3–5 year olds at Gray's Knob Center, Grays Knob, KY. The role supports school readiness and requires collaboration with staff and families.

Responsibilities include implementing standards, maintaining records, participating in trainings, and ensuring a safe, age-appropriate learning environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDAD or equivalent education/experience acceptable.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Teacher in implementing a center-based curriculum for 3–5 year olds.
• Promote school readiness and use Head Start Performance Standards.
• Support EHS/HS program services for children 0–5 years old.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of families.
• Complete required paperwork and reports timely.
• Attend trainings and self-assessments as required.
• Coordinate with staff, parents, and volunteers to deliver services.
• Assist with daily routines and classroom activities.
